How many employees do I need to have my own university?
You will want to have at least 10 participating
employees in order for your university to be cost-effective for your

Everyone! Your Corporate
University in a Box covers all aspects of your
business for training everyone in your company. There is a path for
all employees including those in customer service, finance, operations,
marketing, sales, technology or systems development -- even managers

What is the format for the university?
Your Corporate University in a Box
is a self-study format, with the flexibility to provide instructor-led
courses (if appropriate) for any topic or based on your company culture.
It provides employees a road map for achievement and then measures
their performance in the program.
What do you mean when you say the program is "measured"?
Students are tested for proficiency in each course
with a timed, open-book exam. This eliminates the guesswork from knowing
what your employees have learned from their studies (and more importantly,
what they still need to learn). Exam questions range from simply remembering
important and relevant information to actually being able to apply
their newly-acquired knowledge to their own situations in both home
and work situations.
What subjects would my university offer my employees?
Six to eight courses are offered in each of the

What does it take to earn a degree in a corporate university?
The standard degree programs are:
- Bachelor Level has 30 courses (5 curriculums
with 6 courses per curriculum) and is geared towards all employees.
- Master Level has 24 courses (4 curriculums with
6 courses per curriculum) and is geared towards management.
- Doctorate Level has 20 courses (3 curriculums
with 6-8 courses per curriculum) plus a special assignment and
is geared towards executives.
Again, the program is very flexible and customizable.
The above information is just a suggestion -- you can customize
your university to have any courses be required and can dicate which
employees or functions should take which courses.
Where do we get the books for our university?
We provide your complete library including
all texts, audios, and a checkout system. If you decide you need
more than your initial library set, just let us know!

You do not have to do anything other than help us select the right
courses for you and your company and provide incentives for employees
to participate in the program. We do everything else.
How long does it take to get my university implemented?
After all information has been gathered, in as little as four weeks
