Tested & Measured  -- You know what your employees know (and don't know).       

You want to know what your employees know -- and what they don't know. Employees are tested on their knowledge upon the completion of each course so you can have this feedback at your fingertips.

   
Employees must pass exams to complete courses.
    Exam question types include multiple choice, true/false, matching, short answer, essay, and more.
    The exams are timed and open-book to only allow for quick reference look-up, ensuring the material was covered.


3 Levels of Achievement -- Courses are appropriate to all levels and functions.       

The program is similar to a BS, MS, and PhD progression, so you will have courses for employees at every level of your organization, including management and executives.

   
Bachelor Degree path is geared towards all employees.
    Master Degree path is geared towards managers.
    Doctorate Degree path is geared towards executives.
